CoopSahara is the first digital platform of its kind in Morocco, dedicated to marketing agricultural cooperative products, particularly in the Guelmim-Oued Noun region, with plans to expand to other southern regions.
2. Can I buy directly from the platform?
Yes, you can browse and order products directly from the platform, with the option to pay upon receipt within Morocco.
3. How do I track my order?
After completing your order, you'll receive a confirmation message with a tracking number. You can use this to check your order's location or contact our customer service team.
4. Can a cooperative join the platform?
Yes, we accept membership applications from agricultural cooperatives operating in the Guelmim-Oued Noun region. Please contact us via:

5. Are the products offered original and local?
All products are authentic, locally produced by legally licensed cooperatives, and undergo a monitoring process before being displayed on the platform.
6. How long does delivery take?
Delivery time within Morocco ranges from 2 to 5 working days, depending on the city.
7. Can delivery be made outside Morocco?
Currently no, but it is possible in some cases, but we are working on launching an international delivery service soon.
8. What payment methods are available?

Yes, if the product you received is not compatible or damaged, you can request a return or refund within 7 days of receipt.
10. How do you guarantee the quality of the products?
We personally photograph the products, check their quality in cooperation with the cooperatives, and provide accurate descriptions and realistic photos of each product.
