At CoopSahara , we believe the time has come for southern Morocco, and particularly the Guelmim-Oued Noun region , to take its rightful place in the national and international digital economy.
Our vision stems from a firm belief that cooperatives are not just production units, but rather stories of struggle, inherited crafts, and local community solutions that are brimming with creativity, patience, and authenticity.

We see cooperatives not as mere products, but as social and human entities that embody the values ​​of solidarity and honest work.
Hence, our vision was born: to create a digital space of solidarity that connects local cooperatives to the world, giving them a voice, a market, and a real opportunity for growth.

We aspire to be the first Moroccan platform to launch from the south—specifically from Guelmim-Oued Noun—and gradually spread to the rest of Morocco:

• We provide each village cooperative with an electronic interface that reflects the quality of its production.

• We market heritage and desert products in a modern and professional manner.

• We re-establish the value of “local produce” as a source of pride, not just for survival.

We believe that digitalization is not a luxury, but a right . And that cooperatives, no matter how small or distant, deserve to be seen, heard, and bought into .

We simplify technology and accompany them step by step until they are able to manage their e-commerce independently.

We are a platform that champions the marginalized.
We prioritize small, remote, and women's cooperatives, and believe that even remote villages can produce products that compete in global markets.

5. Identity and heritage

Each product on the platform carries a family story, a traditional ritual, or a village tale .
We highlight these stories through photos, videos, and texts, and we rehabilitate Saharan henna, local couscous, natural honey, and pure argan oil as a living heritage that must be respected and preserved.

6. Environmental and social sustainability

We favor cooperatives that produce environmentally friendly products, employ women and youth, and create a positive impact in their communities.
Every product on CoopSahara is part of an ethical, environmental and humane economic model.
