1. Return period
You can request a return or exchange of the product within 7 days from the date of receipt.
2. Return Acceptance Terms
The product can be returned if the following conditions are met:

The product must be in its original condition (unused and undamaged).

To be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, if any.

3. Who bears the return costs?

In the event that the error is from the platform or the cooperative (such as sending the wrong or damaged product), CoopSahara bears all costs of return or replacement.

However, if the reason is not related to an error on our part (such as: the customer changing his mind), the customer bears the shipping and return costs .
4. Refund Method

The amount will be returned using the same payment method used (or cash on delivery if payment was made upon delivery).

The refund request processing time ranges between 5 and 10 business days after the product is received and verified.
5. Replacement

You can request to exchange a product for another product of the same or higher value (paying the difference).

Replacement product will be shipped after receipt of original product is verified.
