At CoopSahara , we care about our customers' satisfaction and trust, and we always strive to ensure a safe and smooth shopping experience. Therefore, we offer the possibility of returning or exchanging products under the following conditions:

1. Return period

You can request a return or exchange of the product within 7 days from the date of receipt.

2. Return Acceptance Terms

The product can be returned if the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be in its original condition (unused and undamaged).

  • To be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, if any.

  • A copy of the purchase receipt or order number must be attached.

  • The reason for the return must be acceptable (e.g., the product does not match the description, it arrived damaged, etc.).

3. Who bears the return costs?

  • In the event that the error is from the platform or the cooperative (such as sending the wrong or damaged product), CoopSahara bears all costs of return or replacement.

  • However, if the reason is not related to an error on our part (such as: the customer changing his mind), the customer bears the shipping and return costs .

4. Refund Method

  • The amount will be returned using the same payment method used (or cash on delivery if payment was made upon delivery).

  • The refund request processing time ranges between 5 and 10 business days after the product is received and verified.

5. Replacement

  • You can request to exchange a product for another product of the same or higher value (paying the difference).

  • Replacement product will be shipped after receipt of original product is verified.
