At CoopSahara , we ensure that cooperative products reach you safely, on time, and of the highest quality. Here are the details of our approved shipping and delivery policy:

1. Delivery areas

We currently offer delivery service within:

  • All cities in Morocco through our transportation partners.

  • International delivery capability is under development (to be announced later).

2. Delivery time

  • Within Morocco: 2 to 5 working days depending on the city.

  • Remote areas: Delivery may take an additional day.

  • A shipping confirmation notification is sent to the customer once the order is processed.

3. Delivery fees

  • Delivery fees are calculated automatically upon order completion based on city and weight.

  • Free delivery offers are sometimes provided in the city of Guelmim or for orders exceeding a certain amount (announced in the offers).

4. Payment methods

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available throughout Morocco.
  • Bank transfer is also available.
  • Electronic payment (by card or bank transfer) will be available soon.

5. Track order

  • After confirming the order, the customer will be informed of the delivery time of his order according to the city he is in.

  • Our customer service team is available to answer any questions about your order status.

6. Packaging and Protection

  • We personally supervise the careful packaging of each product to ensure its safety during transportation.

  • Environmentally friendly packaging materials are used whenever possible.

7. Our Responsibility

  • We are committed to delivering the product as described on the platform.

  • In case of damage or unjustified delay, the customer can contact us for a refund or appropriate compensation.
